Mortgage Calculator
When looking for our first house, I wrote a PHP-based mortgage calculator to better understand how mortgages work. It seems to be fairly accurate.

That’s me on the awfully out-of-tune guitar, but I’m not worried because I was only in 6th grade. Mello had 28 pillows in his bass drum because the music teacher though were were too loud for the talent show.
